Not happy

I know this is a good product, but both bags where leaked out when I got them.. that is unfortunate because that means most of the good bacteria has leaked out,

I know this is a good product, but both bags where leaked out when I got them.. that is unfortunate because that means most of the good bacteria has leaked out, which is the point of this sand being wet.. they obviously knew they where leaking because they placed them in a large plastic bag, in the box & shipped them anyway.. Quite disappointed.. I would recommend this product, but not if they have leaked out....
