I actually bought this product for my dog and he loves it but I have questions: Is Paprika Extract and also Carmine safe for dogs? I heard Paprika is not good for dogs, and Also Carmine is actually made from bugs.

Carolina prime salmon sticks were packed between a case of 12 cans dog food and a case of canned cat food! The salmon sticks were destroyed! All smashed and just crumbs, cannot be used! This isn’t the first time this has happened, it’s just bad packing in a box too big! I’m done ordering treats from you and losing my money! I spend a lot at Chewy and I expect my items to be packed with care not just haphazardly! I am very disappointed cause now I have to buy the salmon sticks elsewhere and spend more money!

I may as well be handing him a carrot stick.The ingredients seem wholesome, but I am a little disappointed in his lack of enthusiasm. They still may be worth a try for your dog, but I won't be buying them again for Ollie.

Made in USA Salmon Jerky

These treats are scored and easy to break apart. We use them for training and small rewards. They are soft, and chewy my dog's preferred texture. Low in fat. made

These treats are scored and easy to break apart. We use them for training and small rewards. They are soft, and chewy my dog's preferred texture. Low in fat. made with real salmon. Only down fall is I took some to the lake with us and they got wet and the whole treat bag smelled like fish for several days. Carrying the treat bag even once dry still made my clothes smell like fish as well and had to be washed separately to remove the salmon oil.

Then she refused to even have one the next day. I threw them away and will not buy again. This is also a review i have seen before, I think a manufacture should be notified and thats an expensive treat for people to buy and have to throw away?
