Enjoy constantly clean litter without the scooping. Leo’s Loo self-cleaning litterbox detects each time your cat visits and automatically cleans up afterward. How Leo’s Loo Works

Leo’s Loo is designed to free you from constant scooping without adding complexity to your life, so they made operating it set-and-forget easy. It comes fully assembled, so all you need to do is add clumping litter and follow a few easy steps. Here’s how it works:

Step 1

Turn on your Leo’s Loo. It defaults to automatic operating mode and will be ready to go.

Step 2

Sit back and enjoy as Leo’s Loo automatically does the heavy lifting…er, scooping…for you.

Step 3

Wait for an alert and flashing light to indicate when the waste drawer is full.

Step 4

Remove the full waste bag and replace with a new one. Then, just reset and repeat.

The entranceway features a silicone ring with a custom designed lip to remove excess litter from kitty feet upon exit. While no system is perfect, Leo's Loo allows minimal amounts of litter to escape, especially compared to traditional boxes and competing products. Any large size litter liner bag can work and their custom bags will soon be available on the manufacturer's website. This product was recently launched in the US but has been tested for well over a year for quality and durability. This litter box has a 1 year warranty and Leo's Loo will cover all parts, labor, and shipping costs (within the contiguous 48 United States). You must register your product on their website after purchasing to be eligible by simply entering the serial number from the base of your unit, date of purchase, your name, email and phone number.

How often do you have to change out the litter and litter collection bag?

How often the litter will be changed depends on how many and how often each cat uses the litter box. Cats like using a clean loo just as we do. We recommend changing the litter completely periodically. When this is done, you should also clean the inside of the loo. When the disposal bin is full, an alarm will go off along with a screen notification letting you know it is time to replace the bag. The alarm will continue periodically until you change it.

Great until you can’t get it clean and it stops working

I was so in love with the idea of this! I had multiple cats and thought that this would be easier. It was for about a year and then it started acting up. Bags would

I was so in love with the idea of this! I had multiple cats and thought that this would be easier. It was for about a year and then it started acting up. Bags would get stuck and rip. You have to take the whole thing out and clean it constantly so that it doesn’t stink. The litter builds up so you have to soak the round inside to get litter off. Then the thing wants to beep nonstop. So now I’m out the huge amount of money I paid for the thing and have to start over. Save yourself the money and just buy one you have to scoop yourself!

We have had two of these litter boxes and both of them do not operate right litterbox doesn’t rotate on its own we have to power it off and power it back up and manually rotate it every line the cat uses it. This is the second one we’ve had and have had no good luck with it.

It worked fine for a year

it’s very frustrating when you spend a lot of money on an item you think it’s gonna last probably 10 years and only last a little over a year a little over the time

Disappointed

This item started malfunctioning couple weeks after we received it. Next time I will buy the name brand litter robot. It wouldn’t rotate when you reset it it had to be shut off wait and turn back on and sometimes that didn’t even make it go on. The light would go out or it would constantly block it needed to be cleaned but there would be nothing in the pan on the bottom.

I would give no stars but that's not an option

This is the worst design. Its absolutely enormous super cumbersome to try and move it. There is no good spot for it to go because of the size/// and it does nothing

There is no good spot for it to go because of the size/// and it does nothing to mask the smell, in fact the hole is wide open and angled up so it almost feels like it smells worse than just a normal litter box. It also barely turns like its supposed to. look elsewhere there has to be something better out there.

Device thinks it's full when it isn't

I have owned this product for about 8 months. It worked well the first three months. Since then it constantly thinks that the litter bin is full. It flashes for

I have owned this product for about 8 months. It worked well the first three months. Since then it constantly thinks that the litter bin is full. It flashes for about 15 - 20 seconds and then does not work. I followed directions to pull the entire device apart to clean. I have done that now multiple times and still the error message comes up and it does not work. The worst $400 I ever spent. I am so disappointed. I thought coming from Chewy it would be a quality product but I guess it's garbage. Do not buy anything from Casa Leo.

Returning after 2 weeks

I am hopeful that the newer models are do more of what the box is advertised to do, but I returned mine after two weeks. I have two cats and the box tells me that

I am hopeful that the newer models are do more of what the box is advertised to do, but I returned mine after two weeks. I have two cats and the box tells me that the tray is full every time it cleans. The tray is NOT easy to slide in and out, it feels like I'm forcing it / doing something wrong, but that is the way to do it. Even when set to automatic cleaning, it does not clean on its own, only when I press a button (and honestly, I try all the buttons until one of them works. Most of the time resorting to turning off and back on). I am hopeful that the return process is as easy as the woman on the phone made it seem, they send me a box and then I get refunded once the product arrives. But I have read several horror stories of people not getting their refunds and left with nothing to do.

It worked for a bit what I realized after the constant odor is the design itself is wrong. When it rotates the entire cylinder has contact with the dirty litter and clumps. The entire surface area is dirty. I clean out the cylinder all the time. This thing is not hygienic and I am going back to the box for myself and our cat.
