What cleaning does this require besides emptying bag

This litter box should be cleaned once a month to keep it running smoothly. First, remove the hood and the drum from the base. Vacuum the base and use a cloth and cleaning solution to wipe it down. Empty and dispose of the litter inside the drum and clean it with soap and water.

I love this thing, I’m so glad I bought it in 2022, absolutely worth the money. I’ve been able to go on vacation numerous times without needing to worry about my cats- for 2 cats I empty this once a week (sometimes even before it pauses to tell you it should be emptied). When the girls were still babies they took to it right away with no issue. After 3 years I started having an issue, which their support helped me resolve and figure out was the power cord that had gotten bent weirdly at the tip, and a new cord was a super easy fix to be back in business. It’s important to note that the company is a small start up and their helpfulness reflects that, as well as sometimes longer lead times to try to figure out a problem remotely. There are multiple options for keeping down any cat smell, but I don’t notice it until it gets closer to 1 full week in and it’s time to change. It’s important to read the upkeep manual to ensure your appliance keeps running smoothly, but we are over 3 years strong here! And bonus- if something goes wrong, you can buy a replacement part from them directly instead of the whole entire kit.

I love my leos loo too! I have multiple cats and my machine handles it like a champ! The entry is muck larger than those other brands so if you have a big cat you need this. Also i highly recommend getting the extended warranty. There was an issue with one of my other loos and it was under warranty (extended)..all i had ro do was email the customer service and they sent a free shipping label. This was after we tried resolving the issues by troubleshooting. I then shipped it out and it came back repaired after a week looking brand and working like new. You don’t get this service anywhere else!! Worth every penny!!!

I’ve had my Leo’s Loo Too for over a year now, and it’s been a total game-changer for managing litter for my two cats. But I recently had a panic moment when the unit suddenly stopped working and started flashing red rapidly, just days before my vacation. With two cats at home, I couldn’t risk leaving without a functioning litter box. I reached out to Casa Leo in a total panic, and their support team (shoutout to Jacklin!) got back to me super fast. Not only were they kind and understanding, they also walked me through detailed troubleshooting steps, including resetting the machine, cleaning the sensor, and checking app settings. I followed everything exactly as they laid out, and it WORKED. Crisis averted. Turns out, I had my cycle delay set too short (1 min). Their tip to increase the delay time to at least 5 minutes made total sense so the litter has time to clump and doesn’t cause issues. This litter box is excellent, but what really blew me away was the customer support. It’s rare to find a company that treats you like a real person and not just a ticket number. If you’re on the fence about getting this, I 100% recommend it. It’s sleek, quiet, and reliable, and when things go wrong, the team behind it has your back.

It needed a new piece it was sent and given great support and instructions. The only thing is the bottom is a little hard to clean. Other than that it’s been great and the customer service amazing.

Great experience at purchase and even 2 years later. Awesome to be a consumer of this product with great support and replacement parts. I was hesitant initially to get this, it seemed like such an excessive luxury. We have 3 cats in a smaller apartment sharing one litter box and we were scooping daily. Looking back, I think it's worth it. And it's fun seeing them learn to use it in the beginning, I think it took us a week to feel comfortable removing the old litter box. With 3 cats, we didn't use the built-in scale, so not sure how accurate that is. They do tend to track litter out of it, so we put down a litter mat out in front. The litter box is built like a tank. All the parts feel quality and mostly held up well. The silicone liner is stained in a couple spots, but it's fine. Recently, the box stopped showing a full bin. I sent an email to customer support and got a reply in a day with troubleshooting steps, and then options for repair or for me to replace the infrared sensors. I ordered the sensors from their website and they sent a video on how to replace them. Now it's good as new. The amount of replacement parts you can buy, the quality of customer service, and the product all add up to the fact that I can't recommend this enough. I know that this will serve me well for years to come.

After three months with the Leo's Loo Too automatic self-cleaning litter box, I'm honestly wondering why I didn't upgrade sooner. I share a 900-sq-ft condo with two adventurous rescue cats, Luna and Pixel, and used to dread the twice-a-day scooping routine. With this unit, the whisper-quiet rotation kicks in about five minutes after either cat hops out, sifting clumps neatly into the drawer. I still peek inside out of habit, but it's spotless - no sticky residue and zero lingering smell thanks to the built-in UV-C sterilization and tight-seal waste drawer. The WiFi app felt gimmicky at first, but the weight-tracking graph actually helped me notice a subtle drop in Luna's weight and schedule a quick vet check. Setup took maybe 20 minutes (pairing to my network was smooth), and the triple-safety sensors put my mind at ease - no chance of the drum turning while curious paws are inside. Yes, it's a chunky piece of hardware and the up-front price stings, but I'm using half as much litter and my place smells like... well, nothing. I’ve had my Leo’s Loo for 3 years without any issue until now. The button broke and the company sent me out a new one. All fixed! I also own a litter robot and have likes and dislikes about both. I have had far less trouble with Leo; having already replaced the motor on LR4. I also like Leo’s opening better; less litter is tracked. My cats use each equally. There are a couple things that make the LR4 more appealing-light inside the drum, bigger waste drawer (a must with 4 cats) and smaller grates so less poop gets returned in the clean litter, If Leo changed these 3 things, it would be perfect. I use the more eco friendly sustainability yours, which is the only non clay I have found that works wonderfully with both litter boxes.

I bought my first one almost a year ago. Since then I have bought 2 more. I have a total of 3 and of course all different colors. I just now have to get the pink

I bought my first one almost a year ago. Since then I have bought 2 more. I have a total of 3 and of course all different colors. I just now have to get the pink one. I love these litter boxes and so do my cats. I also have foster kittens and they use them just fine. I just had a cat have surgery on his face and he has to wear a cone and he can still use them. Love these boxes.

Since I bought the Leo Loo Too it had changed the way I tend to the litter box. I have 3 cats and it took less than 2 weeks to get them fully acclimated to the Loo Too to where I could remove the traditional litter box. Only have to change once a week on average with no odor. Highly suggest.
