Cats removed water tray and bubbler while I was gone over the holidays. The sitter put everything back, but water flow wasn't as strong as before. I cleaned/ replaced filters when I got back, but there is hardly any water flow. Could motor be damaged? If so how do I get a new one? What can I do?

It is for multiple cats and dogs, but mosGLYCERIN for my cats that are prone to developing urinary crystals. Using this fountain should stimulate interest to increase water intake. I'm using water that is filtered, for minimal mineral ingestion, as we have hard well water.

So far this has been a great purchase. My dog would just let her water sit if it wasn’t a fresh bowl. I’d end up watering a lot of plants with her water bowl to discard the day old water. She’s been drinking out of this dish multiple times a day. When the low water indicator comes on, I take the time to clean it out before filling it up. I also like that it has it’s own water filter. I put filtered water in the dish, but the water is filtered again as it cycles through the pan. The cat loves it too!
