We're not sure if we were sent the wrong product or if the instructions are incomplete. Chewy customer service was unable to help us answer this question and provided no way to follow up with the Chinese manufacturer. The product itself is fine for what it is, but the description and follow-up service are very dissatisfactory.

I wiped it with soapy water before the first use. It is easy to set up with the app on the phone. I love having the ability to feed the cats more if I am out of town. I highly recommend this feeder.

I like that two of them can eat at once. I can set it up for whatever time I want and the portions I that I want. The app makes it extremely convenient. I like that it has battery backup and a large enough container for several days. Sassy, Tiger Lily and Snowball with be loving there new feeder. Highly recommend!!!

I am not tech savvy and my house sitter is even less tech savvy. But for my 14 year old siamese who sometimes goes on a hunger strike when I am away for a weekend, this is a live saver. He hears my voice with his favorite words "Your dinner is server, m'lord!" and he comes running to eat. The app is easy to use and even if the power goes out, the app can make sure he gets food when it comes back. VERY happy!

There’s nothing on the app torecord a voice for the feeder. Other than that it’s a good feeder and it does what it says besides that.
