where do i buy the replacement filters

A few questions! Does it come with a power cord to plug into a wall receptacle as well as the cordless battery option? How easy (or difficult) is this fountain to clean and how often should that be done? Are there replacement filters & sponges available? Thank you!

It does NOT come with the power adapter. Not the ideal situation. Still trying to figure out the replacement filter situation. It uses an oval filter in a plastic case and a carbon filter by the motor.

My cat was using a plastic fountain for 1 year. After doing loads of research and contemplating on what type of fountain to get this one was the best choice. When it came in I was in shock at how simple it was to put together . The instructions are very detailed and straight forward. My cat immediately took to the silence of the fountain itself and began playing with the water . After playing she started drinking more water . It’s almost been a week and I can tell the hydration difference in her stools. She is drinking more water . She enjoys this fountain . It’s not noisy like the last and it completely filters dust cat hair etc. my cat is very pickie and high maintenance. She is in love with this fountain . I am in love with her being healthier because of it. Thank you <3

Large capacity means less refilling BUT they are drinking a lot more water thanks to this fountain !! I plan on buying another for upstairs ! Love the cordless option !

Love the sensor function and how quiet the waterer is. The cat is very interested and will hopefully adapt to the new style. We had a plastic swan neck one before that gross quickly and she was always wet from sticking her head beneath the stream. The Casfuy seems much better designed than the old one.

My kitties love this fountain; one of which that wants to play in the sink water all the time. This fountain provides the moving water cats crave instead of stagnent water in a bowl. Fountains encourage cats to drink more. I have had 3 fountains before this of which my kitties would not even approach. 2 were plastic and one stainless steel that quit on me after 8 months. Hopefully this fountain will last! I love that there are no wires and I can charge with the USB cord that comes with. And the motion sensor is perfect to conserve battery power. Highly recommend for kitties!
