Tired of Snowball scratching up the couch? Get him a bench of his own! The Catit Bench Scratcher with Catnip is a bench-shaped corrugated scratching surface that's perfect for satisfying your cat's instinct to scratch while stretching his muscles and removing the dead outer layer of his claws. The Catit Bench Scratcher comes with Catit's catnip; a dash on the scratching surface and your furry friend will be ready to play!
Provides appropriate place for cats to satisfy urge to scratch.
My mom send me some cardboard scratchers for my cats, and they LOVED THEM. So much so, that I needed a replacement in only a month or two! I chose this because my cats like to be able to lay on their scratchers, and it definitely serves that purpose. The only problem is my kitties have torn this up MUCH faster than the last (which was made by a different company), and the way the cardboard is layered, all of the catnip that's included to interest your cat in the toy falls right through to the floor (this has not been my experience with other scratchers). For the price, I do recommend this product, but spending a little more will get you a longer-lasting, better quality product.
Tips over easily

We've purchased a different Catit Scratcher that one of my cats absolutely loved. When I found this one, I thought the design was really neat and I thought my cat would enjoy it. She does like it... a lot. However, it tips over very easily and that sometimes frustrates her. I wouldn't buy again because of this reason. Probably wouldn't recommend this scratcher either. The cat that does use the scratcher is very light, so it's not about the cat being too big or heavy. Will go back to using the other style of these scratchers.
Coolest scratcher ever. Solid (and goes with Dala horses)

It's the first scratcher we've seen with aesthetic value. It's compact and very strong but actually pretty. True, any catnip you sprinkle on the top will work its way through the tiny cardboard tubes and rain down from the bottom side onto your carpet. Lovely and functional. Our cats applaud that. One of them is usually asleep on it. They love it. We're getting one per month until we've replaced the hated old shaggy ones.
My Big Siamese loves it

At first no one would touch this. I put catnip on it & still they pretty much avoided it. I moved it into the living/TV room, and what a difference. My 20 pound Male claim this as his throne. Not a lot of scratching yet, but lots of use as a cat bed. Would recommend. Considering purchasing another.
Cardboard scratching lounger

It is a Very nice scratcher for small cats or kittens. But, I have a tall orange kid, (Oliver Guy) and an overweight female, (Nala Jean) and it tips over on them when they scratch on it. Makes me sad, bc they love their cardboard scratching posts. But, Kittens would Love it!
Love at first sniff

Both of my cats were instantly interested in this lounger as soon as it was unboxed. The older cat started rubbing her cheek on it immediately (no catnip required) while the younger cat jumped on it to start scratching. She is still sitting there now, hours later, purring happily to herself.
Needs improvement but not bad

This bench came dented in a few places.plus the red paper was torn and the other side had a medium size wrinkle in the red paper. Disappointed in Catit brand bench and their cat grass!! Good product if it wasn't for the damage. Shame on you Catit company.
Great for large cats!

My cat loves to sit on his scratchers and sleep on them after he's done tearing them up. I got this to give him more space to lay- he's 15 pounds. And it fits him well and holds up his weight. Both my cats also enjoy laying on it. Glad I purchased it.

This is Sassy's new favorite scratcher and new favorite place to sleep! She has another one I get from a big box store I wish chewy would sell so I could stop buying it there that she likes in the kitchen. However this has become her new favorite.
Love It, Saved My Furniture!

But it, who cares about the cat nip! My cat loves it! I put it right by the couch corner where she likes to scratch, it has saved my couch! She no longer scratches there but loves this thing, she is wearing it out!
