I was very disappointed in this product. The mango pieces were completely black even though each container was sealed correctly and the date was fine. It smelled

I was very disappointed in this product. The mango pieces were completely black even though each container was sealed correctly and the date was fine. It smelled rotten as well. There were 4 tiny containers of the food in the box and every one was in this state. I would not recommend purchasing this product. Hopefully this was an exception and not the norm.

These Catit creamy cups are a verified tasty treat for kitties. As a pawrent, I was originally dubious about the inclusion of mango. This doubt was originally enhanced

These Catit creamy cups are a verified tasty treat for kitties. As a pawrent, I was originally dubious about the inclusion of mango. This doubt was originally enhanced when I observed the mango in the actual cup to not be the vibrant orange as in the image but more of a funky pale brown. This appearance combined with the fact that this mousse is not easy to get out of the cup (I expected an easy pop or plop out) made me a bit hesitant about the product. However, 3/3 cats who sampled this product gave it full paws up. All three immediately went for this creamy cup before their own food even if their own food had other treats or gravy on it, and all three wiped the plate clean. One senior cat loved the product so much we will now be purchasing it regularly as the best way to get her to take her medicine. I would recommend this product to fellow cat parents, especially for cats needing a moist extra treat or a conduit for medicines. I wish the product were a bit easier to get out of the individual cups, but that is my only complaint.

I admit, I was very skeptical when I offered this food to my two elderly cats - the chunk of mango was visible. I didn’t think there was any way my cats would eat

I admit, I was very skeptical when I offered this food to my two elderly cats - the chunk of mango was visible. I didn’t think there was any way my cats would eat it; they scarfed it down, mango and all. I then put this food next to their regular canned food - they chose to eat this one first. I will say there is a reason the food is called a snack - the serving is very small. If you are one of those people who just likes to give your cat a taste of canned food without having to keep an open can in the fridge, this might be a good choice. It might also be a nice choice if you have a picky eater.
