This water fountain is wonderful so far! Not only is it functional, but it’s also super cute and aesthetically pleasing. It was super easy to setup thanks to the clear instructions and video tutorial. It took me about 5 mins to complete setup. My cat loves to drink out of the sink spout, so I knew she’d love this. She took to it immediately. I love that the nose/whiskers act as a window into the bowl, so you can see the water level without having to remove the top. There’s also a light inside the bowl that is blue normally and turns red to alert when water level is low, which is extra helpful. It is very quiet and comes with a built in power-saving mode. It seems well made and easy to clean/maintain. I am very pleased with this product thus far and my kitty seems so too. I’m also content knowing this fountain seems to have increased my cat’s water interest and intake. She loves it!

Assembly was effortless, making the entire experience even better. With eight cats at home, maintaining a dependable water source is essential, and this fountain has become an invaluable addition. The front indicator light—red when the water is low and a soft blue-white when full—is both practical and elegant. Overall, it’s truly a must-have. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Both drinking options whisker friendly with the wide bowl. It has a clear “nose” on the front so you can easily see the water level, or you can download the app for low-water notifications. The soft light works both as a night-light and a water-level indicator, which is a nice touch. Through the app, you can activate the UV sanitation feature. The fountain also uses a changeable three-stage filter (cotton mesh, carbon, and ion-exchange resin). Scanning the QR codes in the instructions led to helpful setup, cleaning, and troubleshooting videos (I haven’t needed the troubleshooting ones). Setup took only a few minutes. My senior cat has really increased his water intake with this fountain. While the ears on the fountain help protect from splashes on the sides, my cat prefers the spout, and a few tiny splashes do still end up behind it. Overall, I love this cute, cat-friendly fountain that encourages extra hydration and supports my senior cat’s health! Definitely recommend!!

Either way I got it set up and turned on and it gets the job done as far as a water fountain goes. The app that you connect to is pretty cool!

My cats were curious the moment I set it up, and now they drink noticeably more water throughout the day. The stainless steel top is a huge plus—it’s hygienic, easy to clean, and looks sleek in my kitchen. The water flow is gentle but enticing, and the filtration system keeps everything fresh and clear. I also love how quiet it is; I barely notice it running, even at night. The fountain feels sturdy and well-designed, and the little PIXI cat-themed details are adorable. Also, after sometime, it was noticed that three of my four cats preferred this style over a stainless steel water fountain with a taller spout. There’s no noise detected and minimizes the water to being exposed to the environment so I think this helps preserve the cleanliness of the water. I would recommend this water fountain especially if your cat favors a bowl style for drinking.

I really like the light that shows how much water is in it. It will blink red when water is low. I also like how the pump will shut off if it gets too low on water. I signed up on the app and this is a nice feature as you can turn off or on the light. The fountain is easy to clean the pump easy to take apart and clean. The filters are easy to pop in. The first time putting the filter in I was afraid of breaking the piece that comes off but it did snap off and filter popped right in. And of course the kitties like it. I have 3 cats and two have had urinary problems so anything to get them to drink is wonderful.

The front is lit up and you are supposed to see the water level in the nose and whiskers, but that is difficult to see when the fountain is on the floor, so the notification is really helpful. Putting the fountain together wasn't as easy using the app on the cell phone, so I switched to Catit's website where the explanation was clearer. The part where the filter goes was still attached and it was difficult to figure out how to take it off without clear directions. My cat, at first, was hesitant because he'd never had a fountain before, but he's obviously drinking from it now because the app told me it was getting empty. Very cool.

Our cat Ellie Mae loves her new Catit Pixi Smart Stainless Top Cat Fountain. Her favorite spot to chill in our house is on the third floor. Being that she is a senior we wanted her to have a water source up there. This fountain is stainless steel so made tough, water flows great from it and the design is adorable. She immediately started drinking from it. This is the nicest fountain we have had. We highly recommend this fountain.

Not sure if the cats would like it but seeing as how I'm topping it up every day, they are drinking quite a bit. Some drink straight from the fountain and others drink from the basin.
