Could you fit a small litter box in the bottom of it?

The apartment measures 15.7 x 11.4 x 12.6 (length x width x height). While it may be possible to fit a litter pan inside, it is not recommended as it is not designed for, and the materials are not treated for, that use.

Is it possible to assemble so the bottom condo faces the opposite direction?

With the cat tree having a pre-drilled hole for the post to attach onto, it is not possible to switch it.

Like most cat furniture you can find online, this is sized small. Great for kittens, or very small adult cats, but both the bed on top and the box are very small

Like most cat furniture you can find online, this is sized small. Great for kittens, or very small adult cats, but both the bed on top and the box are very small. Some cats will be fine with this, but it's overall too small to be comfortable for average to bigger adult cats.

This Jute cat tree & condo seemed to be the perfect size to fit anywhere in the house. However, my cat will not go near this cat tree condo. It is too small for average size cats and the material turned her off as it would stick to her claws the instant she touched the bed and box liner. It is hard and doesn't have much cushion on bed or liner to invite a cat to get comfortable. I do not recommend this CATRY.

Went together very eaily.

My little girl tabby cat loves this. She has the top level & looks out the window all day sitting on her Perch. My big part Maine Coon loves the little cubbyhole

My little girl tabby cat loves this. She has the top level & looks out the window all day sitting on her Perch. My big part Maine Coon loves the little cubbyhole on the bottom. He weighs about 14 pounds & I was surprised he went in there, but he curls right up & sleeps in there at night. My other cat is a cat, he has no interest in anything but food, treats & naps.
