This was actually the second one I purchased within the past 2 months. I bought my son's cats this very same model and it was such a hit that I bought it for my daughter's cats as well.

They LOVE hanging out and playing on this thing. Favorite spot is top perch, of course. I love that the top perch is large enough for 2 average-sized cats or one Superchonk. Even the cubby hole is actually large enough to fit my beasties. Favorite cat tree so far, definitely recommend!

Nice Cat Condo
My cats like this condo. It’s a nice size, doesn’t take over the room. Looks good. I would give a 5 rating if the bed bottom was a tad bit thicker and the bumpers

I’m not someone who typically leaves reviews, but I feel compelled to with this one. It is top to bottom a fantastic cat tree. Assembly is very straightforward and took maybe 30-45 min. This thing is super sturdy! There is no shake or movement in any of the pieces and the base is heavy and wide. My cat is on the larger/lazier side but he has no issue moving around the multiple levels (and as mentioned, this thing is very sturdy, even for a heavier cat). There is also a little ramp/scratching post in the front that makes it really easy for him to get up. The enclosed area is larger than most of the other cat trees I looked at and has a removable pad that is machine washable. My cat regularly rejects toys/other cat trees, but he absolutely loves this thing. Hell, he even likes the wand that comes with it. I wholeheartedly recommend this cat tree, especially for larger than average cats.

Seriously though, this cat tree is the one best I've bought ever! Well made, no stench of glue, in fact no smells at all! It's made well, easy to assemble and has great tough fabrics that I have seen no wear on after a month of use. It's good for accessibility for cats of all ages and large sizes. My fourteen year old little dude OZZY has no trouble at all reaching the top perch! This is the one you should get y'all. I have 33 years of cats in my life to back these statements. Never been happier for my boys!
