I’ve been using Coolsens liniment on my two senior horses, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. Living in the sweltering heat of Lower Alabama, keeping them comfortable after activity can be a challenge—especially since they tend to get stiff. CoolSens has made a noticeable difference. The scent is pleasantly mild—not overpowering like other liniments I’ve tried—and the bottle is well-designed and easy to handle, which makes mixing it with water simple. I used it as a full-body rinse after they played in the pasture, and to my surprise, they absolutely loved it. Bath time is usually a struggle, but as soon as I began massaging them with the Coolsens solution, they relaxed completely and leaned into it. Even better, I noticed an improvement in their movement afterward. Where they’re typically stiff in their lower legs post-play, they were moving smoothly and freely after their bath. I couldn’t be happier with how this product is helping my girls feel their best!

I waited a bit to try this on our horse since we’re mid showing season and if he felt too good, he might be a lot for my daughter to handle. However, the review was waiting so we gave it a go! This was easy to use and seemed to feel good to our OTTB gelding. We used it only on his legs, but next time we use it I’d like to try it on his back. I would buy it again if I was in need of a liniment wash. Personally, I prefer the foams/gels. But this is like an added spa treatment for a day we’re washing him or cold hosing.

This shampoo smells so good! I use it on my horses mane and tail before we ride to keep bugs away, they don't like the oils, which is a bonus. After long trailrides

This shampoo smells so good! I use it on my horses mane and tail before we ride to keep bugs away, they don't like the oils, which is a bonus. After long trailrides I use this for a nice cooling scrub to wash away sweat and grime and leave him cooled off and smelling good. It is concentrated so be sure to dilute it with water before using.

Since directions didn’t suggest how much to use per ratio of water it’s kind of a personal preference as to how much to use. Overall, I found this product to be a nice choice PLUS it gently strips manure stains too!

I was very happy to receive this new to me product. I have a 31 y.o. Appaloosa gelding, and we still trail ride though the rides are shorter and less frequent. He is frequently stiff, and while I have not had an opportunity to use the Cavalier Cool Sense Liniment yet, I will be trying it on him soon. While the bottle is smaller, it is concentrated so make sure you read the label as you need to dilute it. I didn't need to use as much as I thought. Hopefully it helps heal the little wounds my guy just got from his brother.
