Transition Instructions

Make sure that when you transition your pets to the new food you should do it slowly over the course of 3 weeks. Start with 25% new food for the first week, and 75% old food. Week 2 will consist of a 50/50 mixture, with week 3 being 75% new and 25% old. Week 4 should allow the pet to go completely and solely on the new food. If at any point in the transition period diarrhea occurs, we would recommend taking a step back to the previous step for another week. This will help their digestive tract to change over more easily to the new food. It can take 4 to 6 weeks for their digestive tract to adjust to a new diet.

    By on

Like to know if anyone has had an experience their dog ate the beef loaf ...but when buying the case of beef loaf....not single and not variety pack.....the 18 or 24 pack of beef loaf Only.... my dog won’t seem to eat it???? Went as far as to put 2 beef loads next to each other..and he ate the one from a variety pack...but won’t touch the one from the case?.. just curious if it might be just be us...or others have noticed this??

    Two thumbs up

Our Pomeranian Skitzie has few teeth. She loves this food. She has poultry allergies so gave this a try and she’s one happy girl. I also put about a teaspoon in hot water and poor over the other dogs hard food and they eat better with the slight added flavor.

    Doggie loves it.

My dog is diabetic and I was having a horrible time getting him to eat, so I tried Chewy meals and he loves them. He is limited as to how much he can have but it certainly helps.

    Order was WRONG!!

Instead of the Beef Recipe I revived a case of Rotisserie Chicken Flavor. The My little Pomeranian liked it anyway, so I kept it since she is 15 and few teeth.

Only thing a new rescue would eat

    By on

Newly arrived rescue in very rough shape, wouldn't eat any foods offered. Stressed and scared, we tried fresh, cooked, dehydrated, grain-free, variety of wet and dry brands. A trip to the Vet ruled out anything physical and was told to get her to eat anything. Based on her past history we tried what was deemed a lower quality food. She ate the beef flavor and multiple trays in one sitting. So this has been a go to when she reverts to being a stubborn eater. Fresh cooked chicken and added vitamins/supplements have helped to add weight to her and she has shown improvement, the Ceasar trays without the "flavor" stamp are the ones she has accepted, so far the classic beef loaf is her favorite and Newly arrived rescue in very rough shape, wouldn't eat any foods offered. I did read the reviews and was a bit reserved about purchasing this brand as I have never fed it before, I can say to see a dog who is nothing but skin and bones actually eat and with enthusiasm was a happy moment. I was surprised at her turn around in health towards the positive. … more

    Great for picky small dogs

    By on

Chihuahuas are sometimes difficult when it comes to finding the right food. This is a supplement to a dry food and it helps a lot to convince them to eat. Thanks.

I have a very picky Pomeranian and have tried many brands of wet dog food for small dogs. I have tried other flavors of Cesar but my little 10 yr old girl loves this Beef Recipe.

Boomer is back on his feed

    By on

I used to order the big box of assorted Cesar trays but Boomer, a ChiWeenie, went off his feed and I had to start cooking for him every day. My sister told me to just buy the Cesar trays that say like "in meaty juices" and does NOT have the word FLAVOR in the particular kind. Now that only feed him Cesar tray dog food that does not have the word Flavor, Boomer is eating again and doing just great.
