Is this harness safe for use in the car?

Do you have to put the front legs through manually or are there closures for both neck and chest?

This is a step in harness. You must put the harness over your dog's head and then their front legs through the two openings on the front of the harness.

Can the leash be attached to the back as well as the front?

This harness has straps that cross above your dog's shoulders and can be fastened at center of your dog’s chest and behind their front legs, helping to keep your dog in place. The dog harness also has a clip in front for the leash for better control and to keep your dog by your side.

Beauty and function

We bought this harness so we could take our pup hiking, let her off leash but still see her and it does a great job of that. The purple and green are super bright

Got a size Large for a Heeler mix w. about 35lbs. If I remember right she has 17" neck and 27" chest. Probably could go with a Medium but I wanted to make sure it

Got a size Large for a Heeler mix w. about 35lbs. If I remember right she has 17" neck and 27" chest. Probably could go with a Medium but I wanted to make sure it fits over a winter jacket. Large size got PLENTY of room for adjustment and she seems pretty comfortable in it. I really like the quick opening for the neck, I guess I missed that in the description. She doesn't like things pulled over her head so we really dig that quick on/off option. Colors are awesome, poison green and witchy purple is perfect for our Sassy Pants

Well-made harness is very adjustable and attractive. It’s padded for comfort and doesn’t put pressure on his neck. Durable clips and metal rings seem strong and secure. My little guy can pull pretty hard, and this makes it easier to control him. The strap at the neck has a release feature that makes it easy to remove. Very pleased with this purchase.

The G.O.A.T of harnesses for small dogs!

I have 3 chiweenies and they are slippery fellas when it comes to getting out of their harnesses. I have tried SOOO many different ones and this is the only one

I have 3 chiweenies and they are slippery fellas when it comes to getting out of their harnesses. I have tried SOOO many different ones and this is the only one they can't get out of. Additionally, when they pull during walks, this harness seems to keep them from getting choked. While I don't love the 2 color/pattern choices, I at least know they are safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend if you have escape artists like I do.

I got this for my mini dachshund and it works great! A lot of small dog harness/collars tend to have cheap hardware but these are great! this harness is so bright
