Always provide a source of clean water.
Gradually transition your pet to any new food over the course of 7-14 days to help avoid the digestive upset that abrupt changes in diet can cause. If your pet tends to be on the sensitive side, it may be best to take a little extra time.
Start by feeding your pet a mix of 25% new food and 75% old food for the first few days.
Then, increase the amount of new food to about 50% and feed that half-and-half mix for a few days.
Proceed to feeding 75% new food/25% old food for the next few days.
Complete the transition by feeding just the new food on its own.

My 3 Norwich Terriers absolutely love the Land and Sea (locally sourced Wisconsin beef and Massachusetts Green Crab) flavor of this Integra Pet air-dried complete dog food. It is the perfect size bites for their small mouths.... not too large or too small. I appreciate the fact that the source of all ingredients used in the product is from sources that are human edible and all meat sources originate from USDA inspected facilities.

My doggos are typically wary of any type of food outside of their standard with canned topper - but we decided to give this a try! Firstly, I always prefer products made in the USA - so check! The ingredients are wholesome, so I know my guys are getting the best. Resealable bag makes it super easy to keep it fresh too! Now for the important part - the taste test! Both mastiffs licked the bowls CLEAN! I soaked the food with water first to make a bit of gravy and they loved it! SCORE!

First, I really like the whole food ingredients - named whole meat sources, no by products! Second, I also appreciate the inclusion of collagen for healthy joints as one of my dogs is getting older (9 years for a cane corso is geriatric). Finally— the dogs love it so that’s a win! It’s joining our rotation of toppers. Personally, I use warm water to hydrate it before serving. The dogs (and honestly even my cats!) love it that way!

I don't expect dog food to necessarily smell good but it was a little offputting. I have 2 dogs, a german shepherd mix and a chihuahua mix. I've been using it as a meal topper and treat, and they both seem to like it.
