I just added some new pullets to my little backyard flock and I'm giving them a 4 week quarantine until introducing them. Just to be cautious, I'm making sure to deworm them and during the withdrawal period I'm making sure they have extra probiotics to help their little chicken gut biomes to recover quickly. So far so good! It's really easy to use as you just add this powder to one gallon of water and it mixes in well. I'm also using some vitamins in the water along with it as well. It's a pretty nice price for these too, and I plan on using them for times of stress, when they are ill, or next time I have some more chicks!

I was super excited when I saw Purina chick probiotics available! This stuff works miracles for chicks. As a long time chicken owner, I’ve used this stuff to support loose stool, perk chicks up or help them recover from stress (including it’s too hot). Chicks seem to love it, it mixes easily and doesn’t spoil quickly.um getting new chicks in a few weeks and am excited to have this on hand!

I gave this to my silkies to try to help with loose poo that dirties their “hind fluff” and the backyard area. It comes in easy open packets that you just mix in their water jug like koolaid. It’s white powder. Easy peasy. Happy to find something to help with digestion and keep them clean and healthy. I can trust the brand too!
