Does this sweater have a slit on the top for hooking the leash through to the collar?

While the sweater itself does not allow a leash to be attached through it, the sweater can be pulled slightly down to expose the collar.

I have a pug, he’s about 17 inches long and weighs about 19 lbs. Should I go with the medium or small?

Great fit for a big pit bull

My 10 yr+ Blue Pit Bull loved this sweater so much. We live over 7,000 ft and it gets really cold, lots of snow. I never realized how animals could have such a preference

X-small for adult yorkie

Quality - After reading several reviews for this brand, I checked the workmanship as soon as I removed the packaging.. Sweater is very well made. No holes and edges/seams

Quality - After reading several reviews for this brand, I checked the workmanship as soon as I removed the packaging.. Sweater is very well made. No holes and edges/seams look perfect. No loose yarn. For reference I have previously purchased 100% cashmere sweaters for my dogs from a women’s fashion designer RL. One of my dogs who doesn’t like wearing sweaters somehow got a small hole in the chest after the 2nd wear. My other dog who likes wearing sweaters, his has held up for years with no holes at all. I think it’s sometimes dependent on the dog on whether they end up with holes in their sweaters. Not always. But I wanted to share my experience. Sizing - I found reading other reviewers comments were more helpful in determining the size to purchase than the size chart was. I purchased size x-small. My yorkie’s coat is nearly full length right now so keep in mind I was measuring over his hair. Neck is 10”, length is 12-1/2” and chest is 15-1/2”. The x-small sweater is a perfect fit. A little fitted but not tight. I can fit 2 fingers in the neck area. Hand knit sweaters also loosen up as they are worn. I will hand wash using the same soap I use for my wool & cashmere sweaters. Will update later with a photo.

warm and easy to put on

the sweater is warm, easy to put on and my dog doesn't fight wearing it. it doesn't get in the way of 'doing his business' on walks. this was an easy win and a huge

So glad I bought this

My Tazor is kinda 'Barrel Chested", pitbull/Boxer/Black Lab mix.. It fits his large chest and so well made, I put it on him when it's below 35 out, & keeps him super
