Puppy enjoyed the duck breast “covering”

I got these for my Pomeranian because the description says it’s appropriate for small breeds, but in my opinion these are more for medium breeds-or at least bigger

I got these for my Pomeranian because the description says it’s appropriate for small breeds, but in my opinion these are more for medium breeds-or at least bigger than a 10 pound dog-as the beef hide is fairly thick and too large for small mouths. My dog didn’t quite know what to do with it at first and danced around pawing and mouthing the treat. when I showed him he could eat the duck breast covering off (I had manipulated the spiral and somewhat loosened the jerky shell), he was in heaven, and it kept him busy for probably 30 minutes. Since finishing the duck covering last night, he has gone back several times attempting to chew on the rawhide spiral, but it’s just too large in diameter and too thick for him to chew. I wish the company made a thinner spiral for small dogs, I think Emmett would be a fan!
