It states here that you are supposed to use with the Room Shocker. How exactly do you use this product with the Room Shocker?

Using with the Room Shocker consists of shaking its ingredients, adding water, and walking away. The odor-eliminating technology will take 4 to 24 hours to complete its duties fully. The end of this 4- to 24-hour timeline will prompt ventilation through opening windows and a reapplication of the lid. It’s best to dispose of the Room Shocker in an outdoor waste container while waiting for your room to ventilate.

Do you apply this directly to hardwood floors? Is it safe around pets?

This product helps to permanently remove pet odors and other unpleasant smells from any hard surface. It’s 100% non-toxic, non-carcinogenic and won’t leave any residue behind.

Works, but....

Pros- it works! Had a large senior dog who had problems getting out on time, and it eliminated all odors AND continued to eliminate new ones Didn't even use to

Pros- it works! Had a large senior dog who had problems getting out on time, and it eliminated all odors AND continued to eliminate new ones Didn't even use to second part. Highly, highly, highly recommend. Reason for 4 starts instead of 5 Cons: Didn't realize it was a one time use container. Not a deal breaker but unexpected. Also this product set every one of my smoke detectors off when i added it to warm water. Had to set it outside until it stopped off gassing. Again not a deal breaker but unexpected. Directions say to use cool to temperate water, i used hot which could have been the reason. I will find out next time. Overall, i will continue to use this product and would recommend it. It is a bit harsh on the respiratory tract and it smells like a public pool for a short time. The odor does dissipate fairly rapidly, but it's not great to breathe. I left the door and windows open, just because it set my smoke detectors off, but it didn't seem to reduce it's efficacy.

waste of money

Just received this and discovered I have to use the whole thing in one shot. A waste of $15. There's no way I need 5 gallons of it at once. I am hoping to return

This is a very powerful chemical and should be handled with extreme care. Use rubber gloves and wear a respirator if you can. Dilute in 3-5 gallons of water in

This is a very powerful chemical and should be handled with extreme care. Use rubber gloves and wear a respirator if you can. Dilute in 3-5 gallons of water in an open space, and work in a well-ventilated space. After cleaning surfaces with this product, use the Room Shocker according to the directions. All cat pee smells were eliminated after using both products.
