I purchased this one (probably the first of a handful) to place around the property for some barn cats that moved in recently and take such good care of our rodent problems. It was easy to put together once I let my guy do it; the instructions were there but simply invisible to me. It's surprisingly sturdy and the cats loved it instantly. It's way more sensible and worth every penny in comparison to the two story little wooden feral cat house I bought previously that has already required numerous repairs and is barely holding together. I'll definitely purchase another or two to spread out since we have a lot of land and very cold winters.

This is the first time that I have bought one of these. But we have a very sweet outdoor cat that has no at my workplace. I saw this product it was new to chewy, and when I received it it was little confusing to assemble but the material will definitely stand up to outdoor weather I love absolutely love that it is raised off the ground to keep it away from debris and water and rot the inside is insulated with really nice thick foam board insulation and the heated pad is plush I love the back and front entrance and exits and the cat took to it within days. I can't thank Julie enough for all of their assistance and feeling confident to purchase this item. I would definitely order it for our own outdoor kitties and just might in the future when we need to replace the current shelters.

Very high quality
This house is much higher quality and seems more weather resistant than the older not heavy duty version. I think it will last a really long time! My only complaint
This house is much higher quality and seems more weather resistant than the older not heavy duty version. I think it will last a really long time! My only complaint is that the foam for the bottom insulation isn't quite the right size - even with the sides all installed there is about a 1 1/2 inch gap. I centered that piece to minimize the cold that could come in due to a lack of full insulation, but am disappointed in that obvious manufacturing flaw.

I added catnip to the ground, in the seam at the main door, and a bit more inside. Next step, attach fairy lights inside so its not so dark.
