Very sturdy. Seems like it would be nice and cozy in there.

We bought this for a stray neighborhood cat. It's getting colder and the rainy season is upon us and we've seen him out taking shelter under trees. I built it last night and it is well made. The instructions are a little lackluster but if you lay out everything in front of you it's fairly easy to figure out. One word of warning. It comes with gloves. PUT THEM ON AND WEAR THEM BEFORE STARTING ASSEMBLY OR EVEN REMOVING ITEMS FROM THE PACKAGING. The poles are made of fiberglass and this morning I can still feel a few slivers in my hands/fingers. Not pleasant. We'll put it out this evening and keep our fingers crossed he uses it.

Wear the included assembly gloves

The cat house seems pretty solid. Will see how our feral kitty likes it. I put it together tonight and assumed the gloves were maybe for handing feral kitties?

The cat house seems pretty solid. Will see how our feral kitty likes it. I put it together tonight and assumed the gloves were maybe for handing feral kitties? I noticed them when unpacking the contents, but they’re just regular medical gloves. It wasn’t until after I assembled the house and noticed the many microscopic and painful splinters peppering my hands and fingers that I realized I should have worn them. The splinters are painful and almost invisible. Save your hands and wear the gloves.

This is a well built item I haven't used it in snow yet but works well in rain it keeps the cat dry inside and the heated mat keeps it warm.... A lot of pieces to put it together and directions seem simple my advice is to lay all the parts out on a table and have directions visable .
