I got this for my chickens. I have a small flock of 10 hens and 1 rooster and needed an all purpose cleaner to use with their water - they follow me around doing chores and often take sips of the water I spill while cleaning. So I have to be careful what I use. Their water dispensers get very dusty and one (that has sunlight exposure) grows algae. I used this to clean their water dispensers in the coop. It worked really well. I’m normally a soapy water and scrub kind of chicken keeper, and this stuff definitely needed less scrubbing. It worked on the dirt and algae, and I do think it was a little better for hard water build up than my dish soap. And I worried less about them taking a little sample, since this is non toxic and won’t give them GI issues like drinking dish soap will. I expect to find other uses for this in the barn.

The bucket gets very dirty over the course of a day and at night when it’s half empty it serves double duty as a mouse trap! I normally use bleach water in the morning to clean and sterilize it for the day. Today I sprayed it with the cleaner, wiped it out, and it was as clean as when I use bleach. I like that it is non toxic ( I would use this for baby chick waterers and feeders!), and fragrance free. However it does have a fragrance and not really a pleasant one. It is almost like a faint bleach smell. I will use this when I clean out their plastic nest boxes! I would probably not buy this unless I had baby chicks, bleach is less expensive and does the job.

It genuinely seems to clean effectively without leaving any residue behind, which is a big plus. I also appreciate that it’s fragrance-free, especially since I have pets—no strong smells to irritate them or linger in the air. That said, I personally prefer a cleaner with a light scent, just to give that extra sense of freshness. Still, I understand the value of a fragrance-free formula, especially in a pet-friendly home. The main reason I decided to try this cleaner is that it has no fragrance. My wife gets bad migraines and can’t tolerate any kind of harsh smells. Many products claim to be fragrance free, but they still have a strong smell. The first time I tried this cleaner, I wanted to check it for a smell. It has no odor whatsoever. It’s also clear with no color. I looked at the ingredients and it’s over 99% water and less than 1% hypochlorous acid. This is supposed to kill germs, but I’m not sure how much it actually cleans. The directions say to remove any soil or residue before using the product, so I’m not sure what this product is doing. It may kill germs but I just felt like I was spraying water and using a lot of elbow grease to produce a clean surface. I have plenty left, so I’ll keep using it and see if things get any better.

At first I was hesitate that this product would actually clean well, but I was pleasantly surprised. I tried it on a variety of surfaces in my home (floors, stainless steel appliances, cabinets and glass) and it has a very consistent clean. Although I did feel like I had to put a little extra effort when cleaning glass for the streaks to come off. I do love that this is all-natural and will not harm my pets. Bonus (for me) is it’s fragrance free!

As someone with asthma that lives in a multiple pet home, I am always on the look out for new cleaning products that do not aggravate my own breathing issues or upset my pets while still cleaning well. This product met my requirements! I've been waiting for a good time to use it and decided today was the day I was going to clean a plant stand that has been on a mostly inclosed porch for a while and had a few birds (that have happily moved on) that nested there. As you can imagine with pollen season, birds, and general debris, this was going to be a task. I used a regular dusting cloth with it and there was no scrubbing at all needed; it cleaned well! There is no fragrance but there is an odor; however, it is not overpowering at all, and is barely noticeable. It tackled bird droppings, pollen build up, etc. with ease. I'm actually impressed, thinking I was going to have to get out my scrubber drill to help, but nope! Just my cloth and arm power was enough! I also note my dogs did not seem bothered by the odor, either; they sniffed, then moved on. No nasty looks or coughing at all, and I did not have to reach for my inhaler or a face mask, either. I actually highly suggest this product for outdoorsy stuff. I am truly impressed at how easily it tackled the plant stand and now my plants are back on it, happily at home, and this product is plant safe, too, which is always a bonus!

It leaves surfaces looking fresh and clean without any sticky residue. I also appreciate that it’s fragrance-free—perfect for sensitive households. However, while there’s no added scent, the natural smell reminds me a bit of bleach. It’s not overpowering, but definitely noticeable. Even with the smell, I like knowing I’m using something safe and effective around my animals. It’s a solid, reliable cleaner I feel good about using in my home.

This product arrived at the right time! The Clean Republic All Purpose Cleaner spray was great to use to clean up dog vomit from the hardwood floor and throw rug. I used it to clean both areas. It cleaned up the floor and rug without discoloration and no harsh odors. Nor was there any smell from the dog vomit.

I really like low/no odor cleaners that I feel are safe to use around our animals, especially birds. This product is light, wipes away with no detectable residue, and leaves almost no odor. I find it works great for keeping counters fresh and clean after food prep or around animal spaces. We have permanent residents and wildlife rehab patients, and this does the trick in between deep cleans to keep surfaces clean.
