This feeder model (C100) does not have a compatible ice pack. If your wanting a feeder with the ice pack option, we would recommend the "Closer Pets Two-meal Automatic Cat & Dog Feeder" model (C200).

Works as described but could have exponentially better features

Never stops ticking, even at zero - you have to take the battery out. Would benefit from different bowl sizes, and bowl inserts such as slow feeder options. Also,

Never stops ticking, even at zero - you have to take the battery out. Would benefit from different bowl sizes, and bowl inserts such as slow feeder options. Also, just opens, doesn’t make any noise. Would benefit from a ding or something to call attention so the animal knows their food is not accessible. I chose this over other automatic feeders because I wanted to be able to prep the food with the additives that I wouldn’t be able to in a traditional automatic feeder.

Worked great

This worked great when we were going to be gone for the whole day and I wanted my cat to have a snack in the middle of the day. It doesn't give you exact time but

This worked great when we were going to be gone for the whole day and I wanted my cat to have a snack in the middle of the day. It doesn't give you exact time but more of a count down like a timer. So of the other reviews said that they could hear clicking. I am super sound sensative and was worried it would bother me but it is very very quite. It didn't bother me or the cats.

I purchased three of these convenient items because my work schedule has become more unpredictable, and one of my dogs gets an upset stomach if breakfast and dinner

I purchased three of these convenient items because my work schedule has become more unpredictable, and one of my dogs gets an upset stomach if breakfast and dinner times change. I tested the product a few times before leaving my dog alone with it. Unfortunately, one of them was chewed in just 20 minutes despite the enrichment toys I left for her. I’m really upset because the product no longer closes on its own, and I need to use it the day after tomorrow. Unfortunately, that’s no longer possible. My only hope is to heat the plastic with a blow dryer and use a wrench to mold it back into shape just enough to close properly.

Sort of flimsy

I’m not gonna bother returning it, because it serves the purpose right now that my dog is on meds, but it’s not a quality item. It probably won’t work that long

Cat opened

My 3lb cat was able to get this open within a few hours. We think her constant clawing at the device must have moved the timer. Anyway, I can't imagine any animal

Simple mechanism. Perfect portion

I bought this to feed my cat lunch when i am at work. Simple to set the timer. Perfect size for the portion of dry food I leave in there. My only comment would be

SIMPLICITY

No more 4:00am wake up calls from kitty. She watched as I poured food into feeder. Set the timer and was amazed she did not wakes us up the from the very first night

No Switch

Rose likes it. It is set to open at 5 AM; she finds it and is able to (let me) sleep in until 7:30 which is just right. I cannot figure though why the battery -
