It wore out and dog got loose for first time in 7 years. The poly rope is thin and brittle.

Not worth the money

The lead is very loosely woven and collapses when squeezed. It just isn't solid. My mouthy puppy will chew through this in about 5 minutes. If your dog isn't a chewer,

I do not like the idea of tying my dog up unless ABSOLUTELY necessary, but for example when we were unloading a uhaul and moving, going in and out of a house, it was necessary for a very short time. Held up well tied onto the trailer hitch and rubbing against the metal for the short time we used it. Didn't break or fray and my puppy is a strong puller.
