Northwest Birds don't like it

I was hoping this seed would really bring the birds around. The only birds I see visiting the feeder with this food are red-winged blackbirds. I placed other food

I was hoping this seed would really bring the birds around. The only birds I see visiting the feeder with this food are red-winged blackbirds. I placed other food from the same maker and they are quite popular. I live in Portland, Oregon, perhaps this is not a northwest blend?

Needs more Black Oil Sunflower seeds

I added one bag sunflower seeds to two bags of the Basic Blend. Also have not received the free bag I was suppose to -- Buy two bags get a third bag free!
