To put this harness on your pet, slide the front over their head so that it rests on their lower neck. Make sure the metal D-ring is on top of their back. Next, reach under to grab the strap with the clips and secure the clips. Adjust as needed.
what size is best for purebred Bassett hound

We suggest measuring your pet to find the most accurate size. For the length, measure length of pet’s back from the base of neck to the base of the tail. For the neck, measure the circumference of pet's neck for a snug fit as you would with a collar and for the chest, measure girth around the broadest part of the chest. No need to add additional inches. If your pet measures between two sizes, we advise ordering the larger of the two.
