Needs frequent tightening

I got an XXX-small for my 2 month old Dachshund. The neck is not adjustable and it is already pretty tight on her in that part, but the chest portion is too big

I got an XXX-small for my 2 month old Dachshund. The neck is not adjustable and it is already pretty tight on her in that part, but the chest portion is too big. It can be tightened but loosens on its own multiple times/day. She could easily slip her legs out and escape it when she’s rolled over on her back (fortunately she hasn’t figured that out just yet). Overall it’s serving its purpose, but I will not buy another one of these types when she is bigger.
