After an injury and follow up surgery our Pup Martin needed to wear a plastic cone. It was obvious that it was uncomfortable and a chore for us to take on and off for eating and potty breaks. This Comfurt Collar has been a game changer. He can eat and sleep in it plus pick up his favorite toy. So happy we fund it on Chewy. Thank you!

I purchased the comfort collar for my Maltese to prevent him from escaping through the wrought iron style fence. While the collar worked well in this respect, unfortunately, it is not durable. In less than two months, the velcro which fastens the collar literally fell apart and then the zipper, which holds the collar cushion in place, broke and now the stuffing can come out of the collar. It is a great idea but due to the poor quality of manufacture, no where near worth the price charged which was over $40.

I was very worried that we would have a constant battle with Lucy since she was required to wear a cone for 3 weeks. This donut was so much more comfortable for her. It also acts like a pillow when she sleeps. If you’re on the fence about ordering this please know that I would purchase this product again and again.

We had to dock our 2 month old Rotty mix's tail do to injury. As with any pup, he is a baby Velociraptor. Not only did it keep him from getting to his tail, but also he wasn't able to chew. PLUS, when it hits you in the back of the legs, no marks from it like the hard plastic ones.

What was amazing was when I told Chewy the first dollar was too big, they refunded my money and told me to donate the unused collar to a rescue of my choice. How good is that?! The one I kept was easy to get on and my dog didn’t even seem to mind it.

My tiny dog just had multiple surgeries and i was hoping to avoid the 'cone of shame.' She had just started trying to lick herself yesterday, so I put this on her last night a bit before bed time as she tends to wake up in the night and I wouldn't be awake to stop the licking. The problem is, you can adjust the collar, but there is a lot of give to what holds the donut to the collar. She evidently got sick of it at some point and pushed the foam donut off her head (no way to make that part tight, so I don't really see that as a manufacturing problem), but the collar stayed on, so when I got up, she was wearing it as a hat. I thought it was hilarious and an adorable mishap until I realized the collar was still on and was now incredibly tight on her neck being pulled up like that. If you have a dog that isn't bothered by it, this is probably a wonderful option, but there is definitely risk involved.
