My chickens went nuts for this wheatgrass fodder. I bought a few different types of feed because they were being extra picky with the scratch I got from my local co-op. They seemed to like most stuff okay, but they were noticeably excited each time I brought this package out, and they gobbled up every single bit of wheatgrass. Our chickens definitely approve and recommend!

Not only did my chickens love it, but the germination process was a breeze, taking just 10 days for the lush greens to sprout and become their favorite treat! What impressed me most about Healthy Greens Wheatgrass was not only its nutritional benefits for my chickens but also the convenience it provided. With minimal effort on my part, I was able to provide my flock with a healthy and enjoyable treat that kept them entertained and satisfied! 10/10 recommend!!

I threw some of the wheatgrass grain out to them as a scratch when I received the bag, and they did what they normally do - go crazy. Sprouting the wheatgrass was easy in a tray without soil, and within 9 days it grew to the length I wanted. I chopped up the grass into big chunks and tossed out to them. My ladies eyed the grass suspiciously, but once one brave hen started munching, they all came running. Quite a bit of squawking was going on! They devoured it, and it kept them busy for a good while.
