Great Service
Item arrived quickly and in excellent shape. Easy to setup and working like a charm.
absolutely TERRIBLE
first of all, when I got this, the filter hole the place where you attach the pump was blocked off by an actual wall of plastic! and the book didn't mention this to me and there was no clear way to remove it. and it wasn't misinformed or anything, it was perfectly smooth like it was put there on purpose. so I spent the next three hours trying to unclog it with a knife and I didn't notice this until one moth after I stocked my tank so it ended up looking like a swamp. well after I goy it up and running the second filter chamber started to overflow. I looked at the pump and it was working just fine but somehow couldn't push all the water through so my tank ended up looking like a swamp again. so now an entire nest of hornets live inside it because I forgot it outside paying hundreds of dollars for this gag tank was the worst mistake of my life.

Purchased July 3rd and already the digital display is broken and I need to spend over $100 to fix it. VERY disappointed that after spending $290 I have to replace parts so soon . Photo shown is product on.
Received not working
Received our new BioCube but unfortunately the hood has no power to it therefore no lights. Now we have to send the whole thing back and they are out of stock so no replacement :(
Love My Biocube!
I last tried keeping saltwater fish in the late '90s, with mixed success. Things have come a long way since then and I am very pleased with the BioCube 32 that I purchased. If you are effectively a beginner (like I am), I think you will appreciate the all-in-one style of the BioCube.
Tank background
Listen.. READ. nowhere in the description does it say it comes with coral, rock, etc.. Its a tank.. You will need to supply your own living environment for this tank..period.. If the tank powers on, doesn't leak, lights work and filters are in good shape. You got what you paid for and should reverse your negitive rating for not READING

The rock and fishes and coral that show in pic is a display for your tank would look like if set up like that but it littery shows you what include if you see!!!! So don’t be giving 0 stars because the rock doesn’t include

I was concerned about buying an aquarium online because of possible shipping problems but everything turned out great. If you do the research and this aquarium fits what you need it's a great product!
