Country Brook Design Rainbow Hearts Polyester Breakaway Cat Collar with Bell, 8 to 12-in neck, 1/2-in wide

This collar is so attractive, buuuut, the dang thing won't stay put. I get that "breakaway" fasteners are meant to break free if your pet gets hung up on something, but I don't think they should let go when your kitty uses a back leg to scratch at the annoying new experience of a thing with a bell around the neck. Collar arrived yesterday, I've found it and refastened it 4 times in under 24 hours. In fact, this morning I woke up to the sound of him tossing it about like a toy, simply mocking me! 5 stars for appearrance, 0 stars for function. Alas. I am hoping the other one of this same brand that I bought somehow holds better.

Turns out my kitty didn't like n this collar because it jerks her overtime I have to pull it apart to get it off of her. Back to old collar.

I did remove the bell, because it seemed to make so much more noise loose like this than my cat's old collar with the enclosed bell did, but otherwise I like it. it's started to get one or two loose threads along the edge, so I'm not sure about the longevity, but until it bites the dust, it sure is cute.
