Could this be used to replace the plain ugly collar straps on e collars used for training?

This collar is made for use with PetSafe invisible fence systems. It features two holes for collar systems. This design can be used with Petsafe® models: IF-100, RFA-48, RFA-41, PIF-275, PIF-275-19 , PIF-300, PUL-250, PUL-275, PIG00-13737, PRF-275-17-19,PRF-3004W, PRF-304W, PIG00-14673, PIG00-13661, PIG00-14582, PIG00-1077. The customizable length allows you to adjust to the perfect fit. It measures 1 inch wide and stretches out to 30 inches long. Once you receive the product, measure your pet’s neck and cut to length.

I don't have a underground fence, but I like the collar. can this be used as just a regular collar. I have the leash and martingale collar, but do like the martingale collar.

This collar can be used without the underground fence, however there is no D-Ring to attached tags or a leash.

iffy at best

I purchased 3 of this type of collars for my dogs. They do not stay sized. It seems like the buckles do not have enough grip and the collar material slides through

I purchased 3 of this type of collars for my dogs. They do not stay sized. It seems like the buckles do not have enough grip and the collar material slides through. They have to be adjusted constantly. It is very discouraging to have to mess with them all the time especially with the cost.
