Country Vet Naturals
We were having trouble with our dog eating his normal dog food. He started nibbling and wasting a lot. We tried a couple other dog foods and he'd eat them at first them go back to the nibbling and wasting. He loves Country Vet Naturals and for the first time cleans up every kernel and begs for more!! I recommend this dog food.
Gave them the farts...
Had mine on a few different foods so far now as they seem to get bored after so long. I love that they had sample sizes for this brand, but unfortunately my two don't seem to like this senior blend as much as I'd hoped. They aren't finishing the whole bowl like normal and I've noticed foul farts recently and more frequently. They also enjoyed the butcher blend of this brand, so I may give that a go.
Seniors tore it up!
Absolutely amazing how they loved this brand of food, from the ordering to delivery the service and quality has been excellent! I mixed the old food in with the new food to transition to the new diet, to my surprise they left the old brand in their bowls and only ate the Country Vets Naturals! Looking forward to a long relationship with Chewy and the manufacturer!
Not as good as hoped
We were looking to mix it up a bit for our 8 year-old boxer. He seemed to be getting a little bored with the Victor Senior he had been doing great on for the past year or so. In short, Country Vet caused some negative results to return for him, such as gas and less firm poops. He really didn't seem to enjoy the food itself - protesting a little more than usual before finally eating it. Net...glad we tried, but we're bringing back the Victor for our boy!
Clumps of mold found in kibble bag
I was looking for a new dog kibble for my senior dog and decided to try this brand. Everything was going fine and the Guinness seemed to like it all right, but when I transferred the kibble into the storage bin, I noticed there were clumps of molded kibble interspersed throughout. I picked out all the moldy-looking stuff and I'm going to keep my fingers crossed while we get through the rest. I won't buy it again.

Our dog liked the food initially. The further we got into the bag we began finding moldy clumps and he stopped wanting to eat it.
