It was also not very sturdy and just feels and looks cheap. Two of my three cats won't use it because of the size, and they also find it difficult climb.

This thing is junk. It's super tiny. My cats tried to sit on the perches, but they barely can fit. They could get into the compartment with 2 holes, but it's super awkward to get in. That lower compartment is too tiny for any of them to even fit in. The wood is low quality MDF or something. I could hear it crumbling as I was screwing in the bolts. It has way less sisal rope on the posts than a good quality brand does. The instructions are not very good. And whole thing is not very stable--even on a hardwood floor. This might be okay for little kittens, but I'm not even sure it's safe. How someone could even think this design or production quality is good enough is beyond me. In the pic attached, you can see a 3yr old gray cat and a 5 month old white kitten (I'm learning that ragdoll cats are a LARGE breed) trying to use it. On the left is a good quality Frisco cat tree for size comparison.

I was disappointed by this cat tree. I have big cats, all 10 lbs or more & 1 tiny senior girl. This cat tree is definitely not made for them. It's made more for kittens or small cats that don't weigh very much. My cats don't fit in the perch post & they can't get into the boxes because the platforms are so small. I'm actually thinking about just donating this tree to a shelter because other than then inspecting it when we first received it they have left it alone. I will have to find them another one since this was a Christmas present & I didn't come through for them.

Ordered this for my cats. Received it and opened it up to put it together. All of the pieces were not there. The 2 major pieces that help hold it together were missing

The 2 square boxes with the holes were not in the box. I called chewy and they sent me another one immediately at no charge. Got it this evening from FedEx and the EXACT same issue-missing the 2 MAJOR PIECES needed to put it together. I’m extremely disappointed and will never buy from the company that makes this again! Looks like I’ll be placing a call once again to Chewy customer support.

Everything was decent quality but 4 very crucial pieces of hardware were missing and I could not assemble without them. Ended up being a huge pain.

No instructions
I received a box of parts, no instructions. We are not able to put it together in any sort of configuration. We wanted a real cat tree!

Waste of time
The perches are the size of a dinner plate, about 10". They are too small for any kitten over a few months old. Now I have to pack it up and ship it back. Huge
