About Coziwow Foldable Dog Vehicle Ramp

Foldable Dog Vehicle Ramp

Make car travel less of a hassle with the Coziwow folding dog ramp. Designed to help your dog get in and out of any car or SUV easily, it helps reduce muscle and joint strain that can cause pain or injuries in dogs. Made to be safe and easy to use, it’s a transportation aid that helps make every trip easier for you and your dog!

Training Your Dog to Use the Ramp

Many dogs will begin using the Coziwow pet ramp without hesitation. If your pup is unsure at first, lay the ramp on the ground and let your dog practice walking on it flat until he gets comfortable. It can help to hold your dog by the collar and offer reassuring praise and treats as he learns to use the ramp in the inclined position. For vehicle use, command your pet to stay inside the vehicle until the ramp is deployed, then walk your pet down it safely.

Skid-Resistant Surface

The ramp features a non-slip sandpaper surface on the incline to ensure maximum slip resistance. Rubber feet at the base of the ramp help cushion any vibration, promoting a safe and secure ramp climbing experience.

Folds and Locks

Designed with a clever folding mechanism, this ramp allows easy, convenient transportation and storage. The inclusion of a safety lock ensures that the ramp will remain securely folded during transport. Whether you’re embarking on an outdoor adventure or a lengthy road trip, this ramp provides a seamless way for your best friend to comfortably access your vehicle.

Mastiff Ramp LOL

I just have a puppy. But, the ramp seems like it is made of good quality. Bought it to train my puppy to load via ramp.

It’s ok

My dog really doesn’t like it. She’s very unstable on it. Honestly, I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew how it’s not anti slip. She’s old, and needs help but this

Let's start at the top. Chewy and third party provider got the ramp to us in plenty of time for testing and for a very specific need. When folded fits easily into the back of a late model Xterra. With rear seat(s) down you don't need to fold it and it fits hatch to back of front seats easily. Would it REALLY hold 330 lbs? Not quite willing to even test that but our 125 lb Great Pyr didn't break it. Now about the angle it sits. Pretty steep angle with the Xterra unless we backed up to a slight hill/incline in places on property and measured at 29" so yeah cutting it close. The no slip strips go on easy enough BUT really didn't don't do the trick unless your dog has exceptionally short toe nails and is of a breed that would take a running start at it. Pyrs don't run just for the fun of it. We haven't completed the task yet, but we are going to be custom cutting "anti-fatigue" squares and attaching them to the ramp for better traction for the dog. We are hoping this will allow her to get up it without either backing up to the proper incline OR having two people [one on each side] guiding/helping her a little. She can no longer climb into the back of my Kia Rio but loves car rides. Now I will caveat all of this with April 5,2023 she had a hind leg amputated due to chondrosarcoma and is on follow up treatments. She issues of getting in even with 4 legs may easily have been due to that leg being zero weight bearing and now of course not there. Measure your height from either the top of the bumper [without anything like a trailer ball, or at the point where the inside ledge/shelf of your vehicle is.

Another great product from an amazing company. This ramp has definitely made it easier for my 14 year old buddy to get into the truck with me.
