Is this mounted with screws or is it a tension rod?

This cat tree does not require any drilling into your ceiling. It is a tension-mounted system that uses an adjustable top pole to stay securely in place between the floor and the ceiling. While the manual mentions a drill and screws, these are only for the internal assembly of the platforms and posts themselves. Please note that it should only be installed under load-bearing ceilings to ensure proper stability.

Tallest Tree in the House

The cat tree really brings our living room together. Our ceilings were too short for the full tree. We ended up changing the setup a few days later to work better

The cat tree really brings our living room together. Our ceilings were too short for the full tree. We ended up changing the setup a few days later to work better with our cats. The only issue we have with the tree is the twine is already starting to fall apart after a few days of scratching and climbing.

Cats Love it

My cats love climbing this thing. I think they would love it more if the shelves were carpeted to give them more traction but it's great. The setup wasn't hard
