FAQ
The primary materials used in constructing this cat tower are pinewood multi-layer boards for the structure and plush fabric pads for the cat platforms. These materials ensure durability and comfort for your feline friends.
Can the height of this cat play center be adjusted to fit different ceiling heights?
Yes, the product comes with an adjustable column, allowing you to adjust the height from approximately 98 in. to 114 in. making it suitable for various ceiling heights in your home.
The package includes 7 cat platforms: 5 small platforms (16.511.80.47 inches) and 2 large platforms (17.717.70.47 inches).
The base of the cat tree measures 8.2x8.2x0.47 inches and is equipped with four PVC anti-slip pads. These pads provide excellent grip to the floor, ensuring the stability and safety of the cat column, even when your cats are most active.
Each of the three connecting posts has 8 holes on each side, totaling 96 holes across all four sides. These holes are spaced 3.14 inches apart, allowing you to customize the placement of the cat platforms based on your cat's preferences and the available space.
Yes, the cat tree is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. The plush fabric pads on the cat platforms can be removed and machine-washed as needed. The wooden structure can be wiped down with a damp cloth to remove dirt and dust.
While the individual cat platforms can each support up to 44 pounds, the overall weight capacity of the entire cat tree will depend on various factors such as the floor's stability, the weight distribution of the cats, and the height at which the tree is set. However, it is designed to withstand the weight of multiple cats playing and resting on it simultaneously.
Is the cat tree suitable for both indoor and outdoor use? This cat tree is designed primarily for indoor use. The materials used, such as pinewood and plush fabric, are not weather-resistant and may not hold up well if exposed to outdoor elements like rain, snow, or direct sunlight.

I normally dont write reviews but this product is INCREDIBLY AWFUL. The construction makes absolutely no sense, the base does not support the weight of the entire cat tree. I have had multiple people help me put this up and time and time again it has fallen. The engineer who created this design should lose his license.

Step 1: Make 24 holes in the low quality pressed board wood and screw pieces together so they are perfectly aligned. Don't use a drill because it will split the low quality wood. Step 4: Uh oh, the holes you created don't allow for the wood to be perfectly aligned so now the pieces don't fit together. Go back to Step 1 and start over. Step 5: Throw this piece of junk in the trash, apologize to your kitty and make yourself a drink.

We have 7 cats and multiple cat trees but this is the first one we have like this, and none of the cats would get on it even loading it up with treats they still preferred the other carpeted cat trees. The treats placed on it were surprisingly largely ignored, even putting the cat directly on it. The treats would be eaten and then the cat would jump off. I’m not sure if it’s because there really is a day place to scratch or what it is, but they don’t use this at all. It’s just a tall tower with a couple of spots for them to sit on.
Very difficult assembly
Actually never got it assembled! Requires buyer to make their own screw holes in some parts right away in step 1. YET directions say not to use a power drill
Actually never got it assembled! Requires buyer to make their own screw holes in some parts right away in step 1. YET directions say not to use a power drill. The holes would be put into very thin layered board so a power drill would need a skilled touch. The directions are not informative, not helpful. Understand it holds in place by pressure, not with a spring as you might expect. Takes 2 people to put together. It’s a return for me.

Bought this for a small workout room so my cats can hang with me. Setup was a bit intensive, you need a drill. But otherwise it went up really easily and is super sturdy. Have had all three of my cats up on here. I love that you can change the shelf position so easily, I literally do it while they're still on it
Measure your ceiling height
I have assembled many cat trees. The instructions are not for a novice. They tell you not to use an electric drill. You need an electric drill. It’s a great, sturdy
I have assembled many cat trees. The instructions are not for a novice. They tell you not to use an electric drill. You need an electric drill. It’s a great, sturdy tree. My ceilings are short, so, I left the bottom wood base off, and had to use a rubber mallet to pound it straight. So far so good, except I lost a wood piece that holds the shelf’s in.
Right on! I really like this tree!
I really like this tree! Because it doesn't fasten to the ceiling. It can be moved anywhyere you like within the room. I would buy another one if it hadn't been
I really like this tree! Because it doesn't fasten to the ceiling. It can be moved anywhyere you like within the room. I would buy another one if it hadn't been the last one in stock. It took a little patience to put together but I got it right with my power drill to tigheten the screws.
Poorly made, impossible to assemble
We spent 3 hours trying to assemble this and would not stay up. The instructions are hard to understand. It was so frustrating.

Our cats love this.
We ended up putting what is meant to be the bottom at the top and add 2 screws at the top -- through the base into the ceiling, which made the tower much more stable

Shelves are a bit flimsy, object is very intense
