Low quality and chewy will not do anything useful to help

Things hot glued together, hard board uncomfortable surfaces, and for some reason there is a bar stuck straight through the cute coffin box, which my cat loafed in before it was put together and ignores since. But I could ignore most of the quality or design issues since most cat towers on the market are like this, and it's cute and at least kind of feels sturdy probably if you are less than 15 lbs. One thing that really annoyed me though is the little tower has a zipper that's meant to attach the top to the hideaway. The zipper broke immediately during assembly due to flimsy thin metal and was impossible to finish zipping. I've already assembled the rest of the tower at this point, which took about an hour, and I'm not interested in spending another hour deconstructing it, repackaging it and going out of my way to go to a store to return it when it would be easier to get a replacement part. Most companies couldn't care less about the customer experience and will tell you so but chewy is usually really good. I figured I'd ask but they told me no, I'd have to break it down ship it back and they'd be so gracious to send me a replacement for free. I guess I have a hatless tree now, don't buy imo and be careful buying anything that is a hassle to return from chewy because their customer service and/or policies aren't what they used to be apparently

The lower condo is not a structured part of the tree and is assembled using a thin fabric wrap.

This cat tree is adorable, which is the only reason it gets 3 stars. Otherwise, it's not great. I purchased this recently for a new kitten (thanks cat distribution system!). He's under 5lbs total right now and this thing is just falling apart under him. The scratch ramp broke off on day 2, the spider lost all of his legs around day 4 or 5 and the tallest tower wobbles so bad and frequently has to be tightend up. The cover for the lower house never quite lined up properly. If a kitten smaller than my sneaker can wear the tree down this quickly, then there's no way it would ever survive a teenage or adult cat. It's get an A+ for adorable aesthetic but a D- for quality, and durability. I'm really glad I did not order the matching wall shelves.

The materials felt a little cheap. When I put the cover on for the box it had torn. Also, the scratching pad doesn't touch the ground unless it is at a crazy angle

Finally the coffin and tower are really small. This would be a good tree for young kittens based on size alone. Our one cat has tried to get into the tower. Sadly he is too big.

I am a fool for making this impulse purchase of particle board and polyester. They got me with that coffin. Customer service was responsive, but it kind of doesn’t matter if the product sucks and is not even worth a quarter of what I paid. I finally just put it outside on my balcony because it’s basically trash but I love trash and the coffin so whatever. Save yourselves.

My biggest cat is about 13 pounds, so large-ish not gigantic. Might be fine with just kittens or very small cats, maybe, but for $100, it should last longer than

My cats absolutely love this cat tower! I have three cats and two of them spend most of their day just lounging around on this. There are multiple levels with keeps
My cats absolutely love this cat tower! I have three cats and two of them spend most of their day just lounging around on this. There are multiple levels with keeps the cats content and feeling separated, there are scratching posts which keeps the kittens claws happy and they have the ability to climb high which keeps my old man happy as he loves looking down at things. The onrle cat prefers the higher up bed which the other likes to attack their tails while they relax. The final cat likes laying inside the one house as it makes him feel secure. I love the gothic look as well! The hanging toys such as the spider is well played with by the kitten. It only took us about 10 minutes to put together and was worth it as my babies adore it! It seems durable and well made and is easy to scrub if needed; my old man put this to the test by puking on it on day two of use! Haha

Took about 10 to 15 minutes to put together. Cats immediately jumped on and started to dig nails into roped posts. We have five cats, and each one likes to hang out on this Gothic tower. Only one cat will go in the church, she is very religious. This same cat also thought the fake spider was delicious, so it was removed for their safety. The cat fur has changed the color from black to white and grey. They all enjoy napping in the coffin. Our Tuxedo cat likes to hang out in the dark hide box to get in touch with his dark side.

I didn’t give it 5 stars because of the assembly instructions and I feel that the cover for the cat cave is a little thin and some elastic would have made it easier to put on. Overall a good product and very cute. My cats love the hanging spider.
