Instructions
Clean the wood by first wiping away the visible debris off the wood with a dry cloth. If the dirt has gotten onto the hutch, use mild soap and water to wipe clean.

This is a cheap made product. I only had two weeks tried to roll it to move it two wheels fell off. The tray doesn't fit right in grooves. When you pull bottom tray out there is a whole open that rabbit can escape while cleaning. Wouldn't recommend if you are planning on moving it around, have other pets rabbit isn't safe to run with or small children who like to climb.

I ordered a rabbit cage for my new bunny, it leaks and is very hard to get the bottom part out to clean it. I had to put screws in the top pan that pulls out because
I ordered a rabbit cage for my new bunny, it leaks and is very hard to get the bottom part out to clean it. I had to put screws in the top pan that pulls out because it kept falling every time he would jump on it, I also had to put twist ties in to hold the railing up.

Made of extremely cheap material. It says outside but there is no way it would withstand a heavy rain. I regret purchasing this item. My bunny has nearly chewed

do not waste money
This is the biggest rip off. It was very obviously made out of scrap wood, screws weren’t even in the right place, entire thing came damaged as well but the packaging

It was very obviously made out of scrap wood, screws weren’t even in the right place, entire thing came damaged as well but the packaging was fine, it was like the broken pieces were put into the box that way. I do not recommend, you’re better off building one yourself. Very very terrible quality. Incredibly disappointed.

10yo daughter was so excited when it came that she didn’t wait for me to get home. She had it mostly built by the time I got home. All I did was tighten the screws
