Sleek and aesthetically pleasing but needs a reinforcer for the cat

This exercise wheel is a cool concept, but getting my cats to actually use it is an entirely different thing. One of my kittens will climb on it and spin it a little

This exercise wheel is a cool concept, but getting my cats to actually use it is an entirely different thing. One of my kittens will climb on it and spin it a little bit, but loses interest quickly. None of my other 6 cats care. I tried using the wand that came with it to train them to use it, but they are either too lazy or just disinterested. I think it would take a lot of training to get a cat to use one of these.

Unclear assembly and certain design flaws

My cats are still figuring out how the wheel works so it's hard to say whether it's the kind of entertainment they enjoy, but they do seem interested in it. Wheel spins smoothly and it's perfectly functional. My biggest gripes with this wheel have to do with its assembly, specifically in putting together the boards around the outside of the wheel. The assembly uses pins to hold them in place, but the instructions are unclear about how to insert them. Furthermore, these pins do not always fit tightly into their slots and can easily fall out (even after the wheel has been fully assembled), so I recommend locking them in place with some glue just to be safe. Fortunately at least the wheel is relatively easy to disassemble if you do need to fix the pins.

Fantastic wheel

This wheel is a terrific buy, 3 out of 5 cats use the wheel daily. It's sturdy, not too loud and well made. It took about a week of training but now they use it

This wheel is a terrific buy, 3 out of 5 cats use the wheel daily. It's sturdy, not too loud and well made. It took about a week of training but now they use it daily. Spraying it with catnip and helping them get use to it really helps them build trust with it. Overall I'm happy with my purchase

Misleading details. It's designed for girth Not length!

The box is full of pieces and heavy. Then you take awhile to understand parts are there and not all are labeled. After realizing when they say large cat, they mean

The box is full of pieces and heavy. Then you take awhile to understand parts are there and not all are labeled. After realizing when they say large cat, they mean heavy in weight not the length! It is Too small for my one yr old bengal. Do not buy. What a headache. Look at sz of box! I'll have to uninstall and hopefully fit back in Box!!! I feel so bad my cat tried so hard to use it. Then locking to hold in place is poorly designed! Doesn't work properly. Disappointed!!!

Cool idea, but my cats don't use it

Coziwow Exercise Wheel with Lock & Teaser Cat Treadmill

I bought this cat wheel off of Ebay. It's easy to put together and very well made. My problem is my cats don't ever play on it. My gray cat tried it out a few times

I bought this cat wheel off of Ebay. It's easy to put together and very well made. My problem is my cats don't ever play on it. My gray cat tried it out a few times and lost interest in it quickly. I have been thinking about giving it to a cat rescue place pretty close to my home. Would I recommend getting one of these to someone else? I would recommend checking into your cat's breed and see if you can find any information on what type of entertainment that your type of cat is known to enjoy. Some breeds like it and others do not. It is a costly item to just give away.

Kitty weight loss

I was suggested by my vet to get this for pictured cat. She is working on losing weight and actually does walk on the wheel. She will lay down when she is done and

I was suggested by my vet to get this for pictured cat. She is working on losing weight and actually does walk on the wheel. She will lay down when she is done and sleep in it. It took two days for my other cat to love it and run on it with just the teaser training. Still working on weight loss but easy to assemble. And super fun to play with cats in it.

Heed the warning that this exercise wheel comes in A LOT of pieces! But don't let that deter you! I was actually really simple to put together and my cat actually has used it:-). It's a great size, a friend of mind has an exercise wheel from another manufacturer and it's HUGE! It would not have worked in my house, this one is the perfect size.
