Buyer Be Warned

* This is in no way Chewy’s fault- they are absolutely a wonderful company and did refund my money! The company Coziwow is not an especially great manufacturer

I opened the cat house and one of the big pieces was broken and the instructions were missing. I messaged the manufacture to see if I could get a new part, and the company would not replace it. I would not buy from Coziwow.

Not weather treated!

I purchased this house for outdoor use for my indoor outdoor cat. It's been out for a week and the wood is already warping and needs to be repaired or replaced

Nice house but the roof leaks.

Tried to use it for the neighborhood ferals. Roof leaks so they don't use it.
