In guinea pig care, the “kitchen” refers to the area where hay and food are placed, and where guinea pigs often choose to do their business. This accessory helps concentrate that mess into one easy-to-clean area, making the rest of the habitat much easier to maintain.

The kitchen includes one acrylic kitchen base that fits into a single tile space (14" x 14"). The double kitchen includes two individual kitchen bases and four liners, perfect for larger setups or multi-pig households that need a bit more mess control.

Each kitchen base is 14 inches wide by 14 inches deep and 2.3 inches tall. It’s designed to nest neatly into one tile space in your habitat layout.

We recommend layering disposable bedding (like paper or pellets) on top of the included kraft liners for ultra-fast cleanup, just lift the whole liner and toss it when needed. If you prefer not to use the liners, you can place bedding directly into the acrylic base. It’s still easy to clean thanks to the smooth, clear acrylic, but removing and tossing the liners is quicker and less work.

Yes. The kitchen is a standalone unit and can be placed inside any cage or enclosure that has space for it. It doesn’t require matching tile sizing, making it a great add-on for C&C cages, midwest cages, and other setups.
