What is the NSC?

It is recommended to add 2 to 3 parts water to 1 part feed and let soak for 15 minutes, prior to feeding.

Is this product safe for PPID, IR horse or is there a more suitable way to feed him electrolytes?

Easy way to hydrate poor drinker

My 28 year old horse does not drink enough when it is cold. This is an easy way to pre-hydrate him for a chilly day or night when I know he won't take in enough

My 28 year old horse does not drink enough when it is cold. This is an easy way to pre-hydrate him for a chilly day or night when I know he won't take in enough water, and has helped prevent the inevitable colic that results when he doesn't. It holds a lot of water and he just gobbles it up.

This is by far the “cleanest” and most healthy mash I have ever found. Also a mash that doesn’t have random ingredients your horse may not be used to. I think the best part is how much water it soaks up!!! If you really need to hydrate a horse that isn’t drinking or has had a big competition or travel day, this soaks up so much moisture. Incredible and worth every penny.
