This insecticide is formulated for indoor and outdoor use in residential and commercial settings, and its SDS does not indicate the presence of petroleum distillates.
Is it safe to use if you have well water?

The 100-foot buffer zone is a general guideline to ensure that any drift or runoff from the permethrin application doesn't reach the well or other water sources. Follow all State and Local specifications for recommended treatment distances of wells and aquatic habitat.
Once applied, how long does it last & how often do I need to apply?

For many uses, re-treatment is allowed no more than twice per week and at least 3 days apart. Retreatment is only necessary if there is still pest activity.
