Is it safe for cats?

This product can be applied indoors around pets. It is advised not to allow animals back to treated areas until the area has dried.

What is the mixing ratio? How much spray will it make?

It is recommended to dilute with 1 ounce of solution with 1 gallon of water. One gallon sprays per 1,500 ft2.
