Adorable Ornament

I had got ornaments for my earlier pets for a memory to put on the tree each year. Shadow & Lady, both Black Lab mixes & JR & Coda. both Black & White kitties. Then

I had got ornaments for my earlier pets for a memory to put on the tree each year. Shadow & Lady, both Black Lab mixes & JR & Coda. both Black & White kitties. Then Jake died this year(Chewy sent a wonderful painted rock with his name on it) & 3 weeks later my Black & White Kitty, Mittens, died unexpectedly. I wanted the same ornaments I had got for my other pets for Jake & Mittens & was lucky enough to find Chewy still had these ornaments. I was even luckier to receive them on Christmas Eve to be able to add them to the tree to have for Christmas Day. Thank you!!

Unfortunately, the customizing was poor

This ornament is SO cute, the only one I really liked. I have three furbabies who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge and wanted to get something to honor their memories

This ornament is SO cute, the only one I really liked. I have three furbabies who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge and wanted to get something to honor their memories. There is another review with the same problem I had but because there were pictures of better lettering, I ordered three. I'm SO disappointed! I didn't get nice crisp, dark lettering. I got crowded letters with more of a gray color than black. I'll say this isn't Chewy's fault at all - this is on the person who did the customizing. I wish they had done it like it was for their own. Chewy was very gracious in their concern and working with me to make it right. However, I didn't want that - I wanted three beautiful ornaments for my tree in memory of my furry friends.

The customization writing isn’t great. I like how Juno’s name is written but the other 3 are difficult to read/smudged? Disappointed.
