Terrible changing the manufacturer
Have been on the epicure cyclosporine aqueous drops for quite some time now through Chewy and had no issues. Chewy changed to a different pharmacy and no longer
Have been on the epicure cyclosporine aqueous drops for quite some time now through Chewy and had no issues. Chewy changed to a different pharmacy and no longer uses epicure and they immediately burned my dog‘s eyes and caused them to stay red and inflamed. I called chewy about this and they said there nothing that they could do other than sent me out another bottle of them to see if it did any different. I received the replacement bottle and it is exactly the same. This medicine is very different than the epicure brand. The epicure is very thin and like normaleye drops. The new one in this tall skinny bottle is very thick and is horrible. I have left chewy because of this and I’m getting the epicure ones from a different pharmacy.

My dog reacted terribly and her eyes actually got worse - moving both Rx’s back to the other pharmacy as the Tacrolimus compounded med has changed and I don’t trust it to be equivalent to what we used before. M

Didn’t work for my dog
I started these eye drops and on the second day his eyes were tearing, he was scratching them, was uncomfortable. One eye swelled up. So we stopped them on the advise

Works well for Milo’s dry eyes. He use to run away when it was time for eye drops but now he sees the bottle and he comes right to me. It’s also probably because
