I have a short hair dog that sheds like crazy! and I mean like CRAZY and can't find a brush that does the job and that she likes, will this brush help at all? I never seen a dog shed so much that is short hair and need help

This brush is designed to be used on adult cats and dogs. It is 5.6 inches long and 5.6 inches wide which can be too big to use on a kitten.
I see positive reviews for cats, but does it work for rabbits? I have a Holland lop and I'm looking for something that will help with shedding, but not hurt her skin. Thanks!
