    Great results

    By on

My poodles have digestive issues. After trying many foods with them refusing to eat..or vomiting other brands up. I gave this a try..great results. I just hope that they don't change the recipes on this one. It good to see your dog eating and seeing no vomiting.. Or loose stools.

    Great for a sick dog

    By on

This product is great for a sick dog. One of my dogs had to be on a bland diet for a month and she hated eating the rice, eating just Chicken wasn't going to cut it. So I found this, spoke to the vet and we agreed this would be ok to feed. Didn't upset her stomach at all. The kibble is quite large so I wouldn't recommend for a smaller dog

    No longer the same

    By on

I bought one bag that had medium-sized kibble and my pup loved. It really helped with his tummy issues. I got my next auto-ship delivery and it was clearly the same bag but the kibble size was smaller and instantly my pup stopped finishing his meals (we started mixing in yogurt or peanut butter on unfinished portions to make sure he was getting enough food). He also doesn't run after dropped pieces like he used to even though he's still clearly hungry when he smells other things he likes. I'm not sure what happened but the recipe definitely must have changed!

    BLESS THIS FOOD!!!

    By on

I've been searching for a food that checks all of the boxes and thought I found one prior to this food so my dogs were on that and loved it. BUT a) It was a dehydrated food which meant more time and effort to feed them, which I don't mind because I love my babies and would do anything but... it's a lot. And our toddler wanted to start helping feed the dogs - not an option with dehydrated food. b) The price. $200/month for 3 dogs? Again, I'd do anything for my babies but that's a lot. So we did some research and THIS FOOD TICKS THE BOXES!!! In addition to general nutrition and ingredient requirements I have I also wanted a food that would keep my dogs gas under control. One of our dogs in specific has SUCH BAD GAS our friends at one point didn't want to come over. Partially because of rich food and partially because she eats way too fast. This food + Slow bowl has helped CONSIDERABLY. LOVELOVELOVE … more

    Great for sensitive GI systems

    By on

My golden doodle has a very sensitive GI system. He wasn’t tolerating any dog food. We had him on Royal Canin Ultamino for 6 months and he did really well on it. Unfortunately, it is very expensive and we were looking for a cheaper but healthy option. We are very slowly working this food in and he has been tolerating it very well. He is now 2/3 Dave’s and 1/3 Ultamino. We are very happy with this product, and he loves it!

Super for our doggo's sensitive tummy

    By on

We've had to resort to the chicken-rice treatment on a fairly frequent basis over the years for our German Shepherd pup, so the description of Dave's Delicate Dinner kibble seemed a perfect match. He's been eating this for the last year or so now. He appears to like it well enough (with topper... he's horribly spoiled... and mixed with some pumpkin, which also appears to be helpful...) and, importantly, it agrees with his stomach.

Two of our dachshunds can have digestive issues. Dave's bland diet food to the rescue. They love the kibble and problems have disappeared.

    Great Finicky Tummy Food

    By on

I recently adopted a rescue. I have no idea what kind of food he has had. I gave him my other dogs food and he got diarrhea. I was referred to Dave's Bland Diet and it has worked well. No more diarrhea. I'm giving him the dry kibble and the canned food.

    Great food

    By on

Recently my dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis we had to find a bland diet and this food has done wonders for my dog. It’s reasonable price less the fraction of a prescription food
